Join us for a transformative weekend workshop where you'll dive into authentic connection through somatic practices, conscious movement, and expressive voice work.

In this sanctuary, we create a space where both light and shadow can emerge. We often avoid true intimacy by rushing into sexuality or hiding behind our adaptive personalities. Here, we'll slow down, allowing ourselves to be fully seen and felt, embracing the uncomfortable yet liberating journey of authentic relating.

Exploration & Practices:

Relational Healing: Through trauma-integrated practices, we meet relational patterns within a regulated nervous system. Together, we create a safer container to explore tender areas, allowing true healing through our connections. Experience the power of co-regulation and gentle touch, creating a foundation of safety for nurturing intimacy.

Authentic Boundaries & Consent: Practise somatic “yes” and “no,” honouring true boundaries. Recognise and overcome habitual shadow patterns. Drop the masks and embrace genuine connection through deep listening to your body’s wisdom. Discover the freedom in honouring your body's instincts and boundaries.

Self-Expression in Relationship: Find your authentic voice and dissolve barriers that prevent you from being truly seen and heard.

Somatic Awareness: Explore a new kind of aliveness rooted in heart attunement and the sharing of your deepest self. Learn to trust the wisdom of your animal body.

Dance & Conscious Movement: Embark on a journey of expressive movement, reconnecting with the innocent, full-bodied aliveness often forgotten in adulthood.

Voice Work: Release your authentic voice, deepening your connection to self and others through sound and song. Voice work is a powerful tool for expressing what words alone cannot convey, allowing for a deeper level of communication and connection.

Emotional Integration: Learn to navigate and integrate your emotions as they arise, allowing you to remain present even in moments of discomfort or vulnerability.

FACILITATORS:

BUSTER RADVIK

Founder of Path of Relating and the Embodied Intimacy Training, Buster Rådvik is a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist with an MA in Psychology. He specialises in trauma and attachment issues related to intimacy, sex, and relationships. Known for his transparent, candid emotional awareness, Buster leads by example, embracing vulnerability and messiness, creating a warm, inviting space for others to reconnect with their humanity.

MARA KÖLPIN

A Psychologist, Musician, and Workshop Facilitator based in Berlin, Mara Kölpin holds a M.Sc.in Clinical Psychology and Empowerment. Deeply committed to Sacredness, Connection, and female Empowerment, she draws on her Universal Sufi background to foster spaces of oneness and healing. Through Music, Voice Work, and Embodiment, she channels her passion into conscious events, while also pursuing her path as a certified couple’s and family systems psychotherapist and working on her second album as a Singer-Songwriter.
